ADDITIONAL HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION & FROZEN VALUE EXEMPTION

are together on one application.  You may qualify for one or both exemptions

on this form. These exemptions apply to your “homestead” property only.

To qualify for the Additional Homestead your GROSS household income

must have been below $20,000. (No Age Requirement).

To qualify for the “Freeze” your age must be over 65 on January 1st

AND your GROSS household income must have been below $39,500.

This exemption is for owners of manufactured homes that do not

own their own land and are 62 years of age or older with an
